A word from your stylist

Dear Clients and potential clients,

Due to multiple cancellations over the past few weeks I am no longer able to offer specials. It is VERY important that everyone understands that each canceled appointment is the same as missing a day of work for me. Clients don't show up, i don't work. Canceling your appointment at the last minute puts me in a bind. Just like it would if your job calls you and says you're no longer on the schedule and you won't be getting paid for that day. Please consider this when making hair appointments with me or ANY stylist. I try to keep my prices reasonable and offer deals and incentives but I cannot do that if people continue to make appointments and cancel at the very last minute.
If you cancel less than 24hours before your appointment or you just don't show up, it will cost an additional $15 for me to do your hair when/if you do reschedule. I've tried to avoid implementing this idea but I honestly have no other choice at this point.
